BMHA Talks by Dr Phang for 2017

Come for the 2nd BMHA talk on 18/2/2017 (Saturday, 3-5 pm) at Sentul Buddhist Temple on ‘Medicines For The Mind: The Good, Bad & Confusing.”

A 10-minute FREE consultation on your psychiatric medications is available at Sentul Buddhist Temple Free Clinic on 19/2/2017 (Sunday, 10 am to 12 pm).

Yes, I do use medicines for the treatment of mental health conditions BUT…

1. The talk is NOT sponsored by pharmaceutical companies. I don’t make money by selling the medicines…
2. I apply skillful means and ‘psychology’ to enhance the positive effects of the medicines…
3. At times, I don’t use medicines; I practice counseling and psychotherapy (e.g. cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy)…
4. I use the medicines only when it’s necessary and based on individual needs…
5. I educate people on how to get medicines at a cheaper rate…

Come for the talk if you’re interested in hearing my honest and sincere views about psychiatric medications. See you…

Metta,

Dr. Phang
